Mr. Denis Dzenzerskyy, СЕО of "WESTA" Group, became a speaker in the Allukrainian conference "From good to Great"

On the 18 of October 2012, allukrainian training operator, company "The Effective systems", held the Allukrainian business-conference "From good to great. Great companies in formative years." The event took place on the territory of business-hotel "GoodZone" (Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine).

Eight invited speakers, representing big Ukrainian business, shared experience of big companies formation with small and midsize businesses representatives from Dnepropetrovsk. The event got massive municipal and regional MASS-MEDIA coverage. Pressmen could personally put to the speakers all interesting questions during the conference after the presentation.

The leaders of the leading Ukrainian companies told how to achieve success, manage the numerous numbers of employees, force "to work" advertisement, promote new products on foreign markets and described many other features of big business development.

Among the speakers was Mr. Denis Dzenzerskyy - the main shareholder and head of holding company "WESTA". Disclosing the basic theme of the presentation "Company’s work in the international scale", Mr. Dzenzerskyy briefly told about history of WESTA International Scientific Industrial Corporation - the largest storage batteries producer in the CIS and Eastern Europe, and also took up such questions, as competitive edges of the company, advantages and uniqueness of the produced products, mechanisms of entry into the international market and instruments of leading positions retention, as well as basic values and rules of "WESTA" Corporation.

The presentation of Mr. Denis Dzenzerskyy caused big interest for the visitors of the seminar. During the lively discussion, different questions, such as investment climate in the country, the strictly specialized personnel training system, and also factors influencing on leadership at the market in whole, came into question.
According to the conducted questionnaire, 85% from 120 participants estimated the performance of Mr. Dzenzerskyy on a top mark - 5 from 5, and 13% - on 4 points that is one of the highest results and once again underlines professionalism and modern approach to doing business of "WESTA" Corporation management team.
