Approval of the list of creditors’ claims of the subsidiary
The Board of Directors of WESTA ISIC S.A. informs that the Ukrainian court resolved to approve the list of creditors’ claims of JSC WESTA-DNEPR (subsidiary of the Company). The first meeting of creditors shall take place before 25 November 2014.
Legal grounds: Article 56.1 in connection with article 56.6 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies.
