Information regarding legal proceedings.

 

The Board of Directors of WESTA ISIC S.A. (the “Company”) informs, that the subsidiaries of the Company (JSC WESTA-DNEPR and LLC WESTA INDUSTRIAL) received the decision of Ukrainian commercial court in favor of the Ukrainian bank on the solidary debt recovery of USD 7.6 million from JSC WESTA-DNEPR and LLC WESTA INDUSTRIAL. The decision of the court was passed for execution to the relevant department of the State enforcement service of Ukraine.


The management of the Company negotiates with the bank on the settlement of this liability.


Legal grounds: Article 56.1 in connection with article 56.6 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies.
