The Company plans to raise net proceeds of up to USD 67 million. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the issue to finance the following initiatives:
- Purchase of new equipment, installation and infrastructure works for introduction of a new product line (VRLA AGM) with annual output of around 0.5 million conventional units
- Optimization of capital structure and enhancement of financial position through repayment of the most expensive part of the loan portfolio
