SLI batteries, made by WESTA Corporation, were included in “100 best products of Ukraine” 2011

9 -11 November 2011, in the framework of the European Quality Week in Ukraine, the national exhibition -competition "100 best products of Ukraine" 2011 took place in Kiev. There were represented the best products, made by Ukrainian manufacturers, including automotive batteries of WESTA Corporation.

This contest is a national and integrated state competition and is held annually under the patronage of President of Ukraine on the national and regional levels. The official organizer of the competition is State Inspectorate of Ukraine on the question of Consumer protection - Gospotrebstandart of Ukraine with the assistance of regional state administrations.

In 2011, more than 250 and 1178 companies on the state and regional levels respectively took part in the competition, representing all regions of Ukraine.
The opening ceremony was attended by Head of State Inspectorate of Ukraine on the question of Consumer protection – Mr. Orehov S. and Head of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine - Mr. Lubchenko K., who visited the stand of WESTA Corporation and wished success and prosperity to the company.

SLI batteries of own production, tested by the expert commission and represented on the stand of WESTA Corporation, had received a high quality assessment from the state experts, and as a result the Corporation was among the winners in the category "Product for industrial purposes”. At the official solemn ceremony, Company’s representatives were decorated with Honorary diploma and statuette of the winner
