Offering structure

 

The public offering will include up to 11,033,333 ordinary bearer shares to be issued by the Company.

The offering consists of:
  • a public offering in Poland to retail and institutional investors
  • a private placement to institutional investors in certain jurisdictions outside the United States and Poland in reliance on Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act, in each case in accordance with applicable securities laws.
The Maximum Price has been set at PLN 17.30 per share.
