Change of publication date of Annual report for 2013

The Board of Directors of WESTA ISIC S.A. informs that the Annual report for the year ended December 31, 2013 will not be published on 30 of April 2014. The management expects that the annual report will be finalized and published until the end of May 2014.

Legal grounds: Art. 56.1 in connection with article 56.6 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies.
